1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Fashion Oasis Dubai offers a commitment to client satisfaction across all our services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our services, we will work with you to address your concerns through appropriate remedies, which may include partial or full refunds at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time services and ongoing arrangements, subject to the specific conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Quality Issues: Services that do not meet professional standards or fail to fulfill the agreed-upon scope
- Undelivered Services: Services that were paid for but not provided
- Model Reliability Issues: Significant model-related issues such as no-shows, extreme tardiness, or unprofessional conduct (for client bookings)
- Cancellations: Services cancelled within the specified cancellation window (see Section 3)
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental or duplicate payment processing
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 48 hours of service delivery for quality issues
- 7 days of scheduled service date for undelivered services
- 24 hours of discovery for duplicate charges
We strongly recommend that you report any issues as soon as possible to ensure timely resolution.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the services you're unsatisfied with, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Documentation: If possible, provide supporting documentation or evidence related to your refund request.
- Review: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
- Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 5-7 business days of receiving your complete request.
5. Service-Specific Refund Policies
5.1 Model Booking Services
For clients booking models through Fashion Oasis Dubai:
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 72 hours before booking: Full refund of any deposits paid
- 48-72 hours before booking: 50% refund of deposits paid
- Less than 48 hours before booking: No refund (except in cases of documented emergency)
- Cancellation by Fashion Oasis Dubai or Model:
- If we or our model cancels for any reason: Full refund of all payments
- If cancellation occurs during a multi-day booking: Prorated refund for unused days
- Model Performance Issues: If a model fails to meet professional standards, arrives more than 30 minutes late, or otherwise significantly fails to fulfill booking requirements, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the severity of the issue.
5.2 Portfolio Development Services
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 7 days before scheduled session: Full refund minus AED 500 administrative fee
- 3-7 days before scheduled session: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before scheduled session: No refund
- Cancellation by Fashion Oasis Dubai: Full refund
- Quality Issues: If portfolio images do not meet professional standards, we will offer a reshoot as the primary remedy. If issues persist, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
5.3 Model Representation Services
For models represented by Fashion Oasis Dubai:
- Refunds related to model representation fees are governed by the individual representation agreement signed with each model
- Commission structures and payment terms are contractually determined and generally non-refundable except in cases of accounting errors
5.4 Production Services
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 14 days before scheduled production: 75% refund
- 7-14 days before scheduled production: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before scheduled production: No refund (as resources have been committed)
- Cancellation by Fashion Oasis Dubai: Full refund
- Weather Cancellations (for outdoor productions): Option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a 75% refund
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible:
- Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card
- Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the originating bank account
- Cash payments will be refunded by bank transfer or check
6.2 Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. However, the time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-10 business days.
6.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the nature of the issue, the extent of services already provided, or other relevant factors. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Service fees for completed services that met the agreed-upon terms
- Late cancellation fees as specified in Section 5
- Services cancelled outside the specified cancellation windows
- Agency commissions on completed model bookings
- Administrative fees for processing bookings
- Third-party costs that have already been incurred (e.g., venue rentals, permits)
8. Alternative Remedies
In some cases, we may offer alternatives to monetary refunds, such as:
- Credit for future services
- Complimentary additional services
- Rescheduling of services at no additional cost
- Discounts on future bookings
These alternatives may be offered at our discretion based on the specific circumstances and client preference.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, public emergencies, acts of government, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control), our standard cancellation and refund policies may be modified. We will work with clients to reschedule services where possible or provide appropriate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision or have a dispute regarding our services that cannot be resolved through our customer service department, please refer to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
